VCU EM faculty Dr. Jesse Spangler recently met with congressional staff as part of ACEP's Leadership and Advocacy Conference. Their focus was on addressing ED Boarding, workplace violence and regulatory issues with congressional representatives and their staffers. This work is enormously important for our patients and for the specialty of emergency medicine.
