Why VCU EM? I grew up in Richmond and was really excited for the opportunity to come back and serve the community that I call home. I also believed that at VCU EM I would be challenged on a daily basis but also supported by the staff and my coresidents creating an optimal environment for growth. All the faculty and residents at VCU genuinely care about the patients they are serving and want to find optimal solutions for patients and provide the best care possible, and I wanted to be a part of that community.
Favorite thing to do in RVA? I enjoy running on the various trails and exploring new restaurants with friends and family.
Best-kept RVA secret? Ginger Red in Mechanicsville has amazing sushi!
