Why VCU EM? Richmond is a small city and has a community that makes you feel at home. I went through the couple’s match and everyone in both our programs has been supporting us along the way and investing their time in our success. It’s hard to leave a place like this that also challenges you to be a better physician throughout all stages in your training.
Favorite thing to do in RVA? Playing tennis at Byrd Park’s outdoor courts then grabbing some food at PBR.
Best-kept RVA Secret? Stopping at Country Style Donuts by the airport any time you have a trip to the airport - best donut shack in town!
