Aline Baghdassarian joined VCU as Pediatric Emergency Medicine faculty in 2013. She is involved in Graduate and Post graduate medical education and her main research interest is in global health and pediatric emergency services development in developing countries. Her current research involves out-of-hospital emergency care of children and education of out-of-hospital providers in the developing world. She has presented workshops and talks at different pediatric emergency care conferences and presented her research at national and international conferences and meetings including the Consortium of Universities for Global Health (CUGH) conference and the pediatric Academic Societies (PAS) meeting. Her work is published in peer-reviewed journals. Aline Baghdassarian is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Kevin Keller joined the VCU EM Team in March 2016. Prior to VCU, Kevin worked in graduate medical education consulting in numerous hospitals and academic medical organizations across the U.S. He has over 7 years of experience in higher education assessment and accreditation. Kevin earned an M.S. Degree in Organizational Psychology from Virginia Tech. His interests include both individual and program level assessment; use of technology in evaluation and feedback; productivity metrics in clinical teaching settings; and individual differences associated with resident performance. Kevin has presented research on testing and assessment at multiple national conferences. RVA is home to Kevin and he enjoys working with residents and fellows especially in the high-energy/high opportunity academic and clinical environment of VCU’s EM Team..
